Terms of Use
Last updated October 10, 2026
Collaub is a place to plan an event together — coordinators, their clients, their guests and their suppliers. These terms are the rules for using it. By signing in, or by replying through an invitation link, you agree to them.
The short version: be honest, only add people’s details you have a reason to, and remember that bookings and payments are between you and the supplier.
1. The service
Collaub is operated by Collaub. It lets a coordinator plan an event — guest list, invitations, programme, tasks, budget, suppliers — and share the right parts of it with their client, their guests and the businesses they book. We may change, improve or retire features over time.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with Google. You must be 18 or older to have an account.
- Keep your Google account secure — whoever controls it controls your Collaub account.
- Guests do not need an account. An invitation link works like a key to that one invitation: anyone who has it can reply for that party, so share it only with them.
3. Coordinators
- You may add people to a guest list only for the event, and only with a reason to — usually because the family asked you to invite them. You are responsible for having that basis under the Data Privacy Act.
- The price you show your client may include your own fee. Being honest with your client about your fee is your responsibility, not ours.
- Your first 3 events are free, counted for life: deleting an event does not give a free event back. More events will need a paid plan, priced before you are asked to pay.
4. Clients
When a coordinator invites you, you can follow the plan and approve or turn down what they send you. An approval is a decision you make with your coordinator; it is not a contract with Collaub or with the supplier.
5. Suppliers
- Your listing — name, services, areas, prices, photos — must be accurate, and the photos must be your own work or yours to use.
- By publishing photos and details you let us show them on Collaub, including on your public listing and in the inspiration feed, for as long as they are published.
- A quote you send is your offer to the coordinator. Confirming a booking means you intend to provide what you quoted, on that date.
- A verified badge means we checked your business documents. It is not a guarantee of your work.
- Reviews come from coordinators who booked you. You can reply once; you cannot remove a fair review. Report one that breaks these terms and we will look at it.
6. Bookings and payments
Collaub helps coordinators and suppliers find each other, agree a price and stay in step. The booking itself — the service, the deposit, the payment, any refund or cancellation — is between the coordinator (or their client) and the supplier. Collaub does not take payments between them and is not a party to that agreement.
7. What you must not do
- Add anyone’s details without a reason to, or use them for anything but the event.
- Pretend to be someone else, or list a business that is not yours.
- Post anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or that you have no right to post.
- Write fake reviews, or pay or pressure someone for one.
- Try to get into events, accounts or data that are not yours, overload the service, or scrape it.
8. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account, or take down a listing, review or event page, that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why. You can stop using Collaub at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]; see the Privacy Notice for what that removes.
9. Our responsibility
We work to keep Collaub available and your data safe, but we provide it as it is: we cannot promise it will never be down or never have a mistake. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — Settings has “Export everything” for each event.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what a coordinator, client, guest or supplier does — including a supplier not showing up or a booking going wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If they change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app; continuing to use Collaub after that means you accept the new terms.
